Almost two years ago, late in life age 57, I was suddenly attacked by an unseen force from within. I should have noticed warning signs, but sadly I did not. I had been feeling tired in flashes, needing to take multiple naps during the day!
This went on for two weeks, but what happened was, I woke up one morning and suddlenly noticed I had lost alot of weight and muscalature. I went from a muscular build at 165-170lbs, to well below 140lbs, and couldn't gain weight back for almost six months! Folks, my doctors visit was not good, I had a blood sugar of 300, and an Alc of like 12-13 diabetic type II, making this short, Dietary considerations, medications and 90 day check ups ran into hundreds of dollars. But my body reacted violently to the doctors prescribed medications with muscle spasms,and nerve damage, I could feel happening by the day. I knew i had to do something, so I started a regimin of vitamins, water, and cellular excersizes provided by my most recent MLM prior to this one. I was able to fire my Doctor, throw away my medications, gain weight and rebuild my body within 18 months, I mitigated the damages, improved my wellbeing and got off the prescribed Drugs.
